Hi I'm Noah

I am currently serving my mission in Berlin, Germany. I have an incredible family and life is good.

About Me

I'm serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Germany. I love playing a good round of racquetball. Basketball and volleyball are also pretty fun. I like living simple and avoiding stress. I love learning new things and I get a strange sense of satisfaction from manual labor. When I get back from the mission, I'll go study chemistry or some other science at BYU.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it's true. It makes me happy. I like being a Mormon. As cheesy as it may sound, it makes me feel good inside. I don't know what my life would be like without the gospel of Jesus Christ. Being a Mormon is great. It requires a bit of effort and desire from me, but the blessings that I get in return are enormous. Simply put, the gospel works and that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Living my faith has never been too much of a challenge for me. I've been blessed with a great family and good friends that always respected my beliefs. Life hasn't always been the smoothest of sailing, but I would be a liar if I said that things haven't been good. The most important thing for me about living my faith is probably actually living it. There are a lot of good principles and morals and lessons that I've obtained through my faith, but they don't do me much good if I don't actually put them into practice. I try to be an example. I try to live my standards and help others to understand why I live those standards. Small things can often have the greatest impact. Helping some one. Thinking of the needs of some one else before we think about ourselves. Taking the time to really listen to some one, even if you don't have all the answers. Things like that can really make a difference.
