Hi I'm Heather

I grew up in the Birmingham, England. I enjoy charity fundraisers & I`m a Mormon.

About Me

I`m 28 and I grew up in the city. I have stayed in lots of other places, but I still love to be where my family is. I enjoy meeting up with friends, going on weekend adventures to the beach, or countryisde... I am a leader for the young women in my local area. I enjoy filling life up with activities and plans, always making happy memories and looking forward. I enjoy seeing the world, experiencing other cultures and appreciating other ways of life. Once I went to Ghana and was part of a sanitation project. I lived with ahost family and I was fortunate to do some travelling around the country. One of the best experiences of my life!

Why I am a Mormon

When I was young I attended church with my family. I learnt about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I learned through song that Heavenly Father hears and answers every childs prayer. I put this to the test many times in my childhood and have continued to pray into adulthood. He still hears and answers my prayers. I was baptised when I was 8 years old, simply because I knew the church was good and I wanted to be part of it. As I have continued to attend church and learned many other principles I have been filled with joy and peace because of the gospel and what I know to be true. My learning continues to this day and as I learn more I can look forward with faith.

How I live my faith

I am currently working with the local youth, specifically young women helping to teach and to provide weekly wholesome recreational activites. I attend church on Sundays; anywhere I go in the world I make sure that I attend church. I live my faith by trying my best to live the best way I know how; by following the teachings and example of our Saviour, Jesus Christ. The way he lived, how he treated others is an important example to me.
