Hi I'm Daniel

I grew up in California, moved to Utah and served in Mexico. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My family is small, but we get along. I find myself spending most of my time reading. Whether it be scriptures, novels or mangas. I grew up watching lot's of japanese anime and listening to lot's of music. I'm studying Micro Biology and I speak English and Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but as I got older we stopped going. When I was around 20 years old I started to do some soul searching. I saw that I wasn't living life in the way that I felt I should be. This led me to want to change my life and to do things differently. One day during summer break I saw a movie that made me reflect a lot on life and how things are in the world. I decided to pray to God like my parents had taught me a long time ago ( I hadn't prayed in many years). In this first pray I began a journey that led me to start reading the scriptures and going to church in order to gain a better understanding of God. I knew that God lived, but I still had many things to learn and do. Little by little with pray and study I came to understand that I'm a son of God who has sent me here with a purpose. He provided a way for me to gain this earthy experience and return to live with him again someday. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that through his teachings and his Atonement I can become a better person that I used to be. I know that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church of Jesus Christ and that the Book of Mormon contains that fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that families can be together forever as they make and keep sacred covenants with God. And that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I'm currently a full time missionary serving in the Merida Mexico Mission. My companion and I work hard each day to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone that we meet and talk to.
