Hi I'm Eric

I like to play the guitar. I was home-schooled. I like to play video games. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was home-schooled since 7th grade, and recently graduated. I am an Eagle Scout, and have been in the scouting program for a long time. I enjoy listening to a lot of different types of music, and I have been playing the guitar for a couple of years now. I also play the piano, and have been doing so since I was fairly young. I enjoy playing video games. I have a collection of video game consoles and games over a large period of time. I have been accepted to BYU Provo and plan on attending there after my mission. I plan on studying electrical engineering, computer science, and possibly Japanese.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for a number of reasons. First of all, my dad is a member, and I was basically raised in the church. Later, as I have grown up, I have been able to make my own choice as well. I have been able to see how living by the commandments and abstaining from things like drugs, alcohol, and smoking have blessed my life. Also, I believe that the Book of Mormon is true. I have read it and prayed about it, and I believe it is truly another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that this church is true and that we can live with Heavenly Father again. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am an active member and go to church every Sunday. I come to service projects when I am able to. I will often participate in things such as food drives, blood drives, and helping others move. I also live my faith by simply abiding by the word of wisdom and the commandments. By living the word of wisdom, I never do things such as smoke, drink, or use illegal drugs. I have been called on a mission, and will report to the missionary training center.
