Hi I'm Tanyss Crapo

I'm a small town girl from Idaho. I'm studying Elementary Education and Law. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports especially basketball, volleyball, track, cross country, soccer, and swimming. I love to cook and spend my time in kitchen creating memories with friends and family. I'm a junior at Brigham Young University-Idaho studying Elementary Education. After I graduate my plans are to attend The Univeristy of Utah and puruse a career in Law.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church on earth! I have felt the Savior's love every single day of my life and I know that He lives. I know that when I make mistakes I can be forgiven through His grace and mercy. He loves us all so much and wants us to return to His presence. There have been times in my life where I have doubted and had questions about my religion, but every question I had was answered through the warmth and comfort of the Holy Ghost. The Book of Mormon has taught me SO much and there is no other book on earth like this one! If I ever had a problem or needed a comforting passage of scripture to read, I always knew where to find it, and that is in The Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is by serving my Heavenly Father through missionary work. I served a mission in Manila, Philippines and absolutely LOVED it! Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints brings about a lot of responsibility. I am living my faith by loving everyone I come in contact with, just as the Savior would, and by following His commandments. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I live my faith through love, service, and charity towards all of God's children.
