Hi I'm McKenna

I love cereal. I play the violin, the tennis racket, and the camera. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm just a normal teenager. I go to high school, then come home and try to balance work, social life, homework, tennis, violin, and photography- not to mention the important stuff like sleeping, eating, and hanging out with my family. I'm a die-hard football fan. I love pinterest. I've been to four different countries. You'll hardly ever see me without my camera or a smile. My greatest weakness is cheesecake. I love life.

Why I am a Mormon

Honestly, I LOVE being a Mormon! It brings me so much peace in my busy life. Instead of restricting me, it frees me in ways that I couldn't have imagined. I am able to have so much unboundless peace and comfort. I have no idea what I would do without it. It gives me a chance to serve others and to forget about myself. In other words, it brings me true happiness. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that the words of our living prophet, Thomas Monson, can bless our lives if we exercise complete obedience. I absolutely love the Book of Mormon. I've read it everyday for about five years and it has brought me so much joy. I know that when we turn to our Savior he will bless us in countless ways. I love the gospel!

How I live my faith

Because I'm just a teenager, I don't have an official calling in the church. Instead I have an unofficial duty of being an example of what I believe. I dress modestly, I don't swear, and I try to keep my thoughts and actions conservative and appropriate. I keep a positive outlook on life, and try to uplift and build up my friends. To do this, I always try to remember my Savior Jesus Christ. And then it's easy!
