Hi I'm Kylie

I'm a twin, I live in Pennsylvania, and I'm Mormon :)

About Me

I have two siblings; a twin sister and younger brother. I love to travel and write. I enjoy meeting people, making friends, and being spontaneous. I also love art and the outdoors. I'm highly fascinated with learning about different cultures, different languages, and how people live across the world. I truly believe we have different purposes in life. Ever since I was a kid, I always wanted to help others. I always wanted to be more like Christ. Currently, I'm finishing up college to be a Counselor. I feel that by serving others daily, we are able to help bring to pass Heavenly Father's work and glory. We learn to be more like Christ by dedicating ourselves in altruist acts of kindness. I feel that by going to church, reading the scriptures and serving a mission helps us to grow and change spiritually. Being baptized as child in the church and everyday of my life I know the church is true. I had many times where Heavenly Father personally worked in my life. It is a wonderful blessing to be able to go to church, to continuously learn about the gospel, and to feel the spirit. I hope those of you who are not members of the church will enjoy my bio. I invite those who are not of our church to try it out and experience for yourselves the light and love of the spirit.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because it is the true church of Jesus Christ. I feel the Holy Ghost stronger in our church and our church has the most faith. I really love how our church is a big family and how most people reach out to others and have unique callings. Going to our church feels right; I love how we practice modesty, righteousness, humility, kindness, and continuous learning. I love how everyone wants to learn more about the gospel. Other churches do not practice what our church practices. I was baptized a Mormon when I turned 8. in my family only my mother, brother, and sister are members. I live in an area and go to school where there are hardly any members. My dad is Baptist and all my relatives are different forms of Christian. I have many friends who are non-LDS and I been to other churches before. I feel that everything about what we practice and our church is true and right.

How I live my faith

Everyday I pray and I read my scriptures. I attend church and go to the temple as often as I can. I live three and a half hours from the Columbus Temple and four and a half from the Washington D.C. temple. I do my best to always remember his commandments and to put them into practice. I know that by choosing the right, you will gain wisdom and feel the spirit's warmth. At times it can be discouraging; everything seems like it's falling apart. However, I never lose faith in God. Everything through him and our Lord Jesus Christ is possible. Never are we alone or left astray like lost sheep. Even when all faith is lost, Heavenly Father always works miracles. God will always be my hero and I live my faith by believing in him to make everything better.
