Hi I'm Debbie

I was born in the state of Washington. I was a non member who grew up hanging out with the Mormon kids at school.

About Me

I am a 50+ gal who has been married for 32 years. I have two grown daughters, 2 sons-in-law who serve in the military and 3 grandsons. I am a medical secretary, Disney Freak, and LOVE to travel.

Why I am a Mormon

I have visited/attended many different churches and while I found truth in all, none spoke to me like the LDS church. It filled in the missing pieces of my life and has given me strength when I was weak, truth when I had doubts, and lifted me up when I fell. I cannot imagine my life without the Gospel; joining the Church was the single most important decision I ever made.

How I live my faith

I joined the church when I was 18; in fact I attended early morning seminary for several months with my Mormon friends before being baptised. I was raised in a family that didn't attend church, but I was always open to God and explored many churches before finding the LDS faith. It spoke to my heart from the begining, and even when I have, on occation, waivered off that narrow path, I always find my way back; the truth is impossible to ignore. I have taught primary, worked with the youth, served as a Ward Missionary and currently prepare the weekly bulletin for Sunday morning Sacrament meeting.
