Hi I'm Coulton

I am an airsoft, military, and music enthusiast, an EMT, do a great Joker impression, serve in the Colorado Denver North Mission

About Me

I graduated high school class of 2011, while getting my EMT-Basic from the local Science and Technology Center. I got my Eagle Scout at 16 building a stage for my high school drama department and was in several productions such as "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Our Town".You could definetely call me a band geek as I was in the drumline all four years of high school and played the vibraphone and the quads. I played clarinet in the concert band and symphony band and I love to play the drums. I love to play airsoft with my dad, brother and best friends at Ballahack Airsoft. I swam varsity all four years of high school as well, competing in my favorite 400 meter freestlye, 100 meter butterfly, 100 meter backstoke, 200 meter medely relay, going to the District and Regional meets every year. I started work at age 16 at the local YMCA as a lifeguard then when I turned 18 became a Supervisor. I am currently serving my mission in the Colorado, Denver North Mission until August 2014. When I return home I plan to do one year of Drum Corp International with the Cadets (as I will be an age out :() where my goal is to play the quads, tenors or whatever you like to call them. Then I plan to join the US Navy Special Operations as a EOD Tech (Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician) and faithfully serve my country as I am my God. I love Star Wars, Harry Potter, the Dark Knight Trilogy, Indiana Jones and many more.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is the true church on the earth today. I know that, that is why I am on my mission. To bring others to Christ. I am a Mormon because Joseph Smith was a prophet, Thomas S. Monson is the prophet and they both teach us what it is our Heavnly Father wants of us, what he expects of us and how to get back to him. To sum it all up I'm a Mormon because it's true. Plain and simple.

How I live my faith

When I was back home I participated in the Cub Scout program, I was the Ward Chorister, and helped out the Webelos. I live the gospel by primarily being an example to those around me and showing them what I believe and what other Mormons believe. My favorite way to live my faith is to be a missionary. For it is my life and my joy to be a missionary right now in this pivitol time in history as the gathering of Israel is being commenced! How great is my calling!

Why are only some Mormons allowed into temples? Is there something secret going on in Mormon Temples? What goes on in Mormon Temples?

Coulton
Only some Mormons are allowed in the temple because there is a certain lifestyle you have to live, that is a higher law, to keep you worthy to be in the presence of the Lord. In the temple families are sealed for time and all eternity meaning that there is no "until death do you part". The work for he dead is also what goes on in the temple, for those who died without the ablilty to get baptised etc. Show more Show less
