Hi I'm Jason

I was born in up-state New York and moved out to Arizona before the start of 6th grade and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have worked at a laundromat for almost ten years now. I love listening to music and enjoy a number of different styles. I tend to enjoy the simple things in life and can have a blast just hanging with my friends and spending time with my mom. Laughter is one of the things I enjoy the most and I know I get a lot of that from my mother.

Why I am a Mormon

I spent most of my life as an atheist or agnostic and was a very stubborn youth. I never wanted anything to do with the church until a good friend of mine introduced me to it. After giving me a little encouragement I decided to request a visit from the missionaries and it gave me a whole new outlook on life. It wasn't a sudden transformation by any means, but through there hard work and my want for a better way I started living a new life. I was sitting in church one day before I was baptised and I just had this feeling of hope and peace come over my entire body. I knew from that moment on that what I was being taught was true and that I was going to be baptised some day. That day come on May 26th of this year and was the happiest day of my life. All of the negatives of my past had been washed away and I was reborn a new man. I know that this church is true and that our Father in Heaven loves and wants what is best for all of us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to be caring and compassionate towards others. When you become a member of the church you receive this big extended family and it is such a wonderful blessing. I am a new convert to this church and was only baptised a few months ago. I still have a lot to learn and experience. I love how service oriented the church is and I love to see new faces visiting our church. I remember what it was like when I was just a visitor and I hope the new visitors can experience the same joy and blessings that I have had.
