Hi I'm Mary Ann

I was five when my parents became Mormons. I grew up in the Philippines. I speak several languages. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My parents join the church when I was five years old. I moved to Hawaii to pursue my bachelors degree at BYU. I am currently residing in TX for almost two years now. I have one class left to complete my MBA. I am a single mom with two beautiful sweet daughters. I love to learn and I love to travel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I love to live my life with a purpose to become a better person and a good example to my girls and to the people around me. I am not perfect but I do my best to live a better life with the help of our Heavenly Father's teachings. Mormon beliefs shape me to achieve my highest potential in life. My life has structure, meaningful, and I am aware of my purpose here on earth. I love going to the temple to serve. It is one of my favorite things to do besides reading the book of mormon. The peace, and love I feel inside the temple is immeasurable. Putting temple service as one of my priority changes the way I see, and feel life...I find hope. I have come to love and appreciate the good in every one around me. I see the best in them and accept them the way they are. I love living, and I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I will not exchange it for anything. My desire is to show to our Heavenly Father how much I love him, I might not be able to supplicate the love that he has shown me but I will surely give my very best so one day he will be proud of me.

How I live my faith

When I moved to TX, I was in Allen 4th ward and I held several callings namely, dance specialist for young men and young women, event coordinator, nursery teacher, and visiting teacher. I do volunteer work like help families clean their house while they move from one house to another. I will be attending my new ward, Allen 3rd next Sunday.
