Hi I'm Stephanie

I love to play the piano, dance in the kitchen, and spend time with my husband. I study marketing in college, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of five and was recently married in the temple. I love to bake treats for my husband and try to practice my cooking skills. I've taught piano in the past and still enjoy sitting down and working over a new Chopin or Brahms piece. I enjoy fashion and love to keep up on the newest trends and find ways to keep them modest.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS church by loving parents and was surrounded by supportive siblings. Throughout my childhood I loved to go to church and pray. As a teenager, I enjoyed going to activities where the gospel was taught and discussed. During those years I truly gained a testimony of my own. I gained this testimony by praying to know that the Book of Mormon is true, that Joseph Smith restored the church in the latter days, and that the prophet is called of God. Through heartfelt prayer and pondering, the Holy Ghost testified to me that all these things were true. I know that the gospel is simple and pure. Being a Mormon makes me so happy and hopeful for my future, because I know that everything will work out if I keep faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the scriptures, attending church meetings, and serving others. I know I can show my love and faith in Heavenly Father by reading the scriptures, like the Book of Mormon and even modern-day scripture like the Ensign. I attend church and other meetings to strengthen my faith and knowledge. I serve in my community and ward in various ways. I've had the opportunity through my school to help elementary school children read, and also assist special needs children in the classroom. At church, my husband and I take care of the little children so their parents can go to classes and other meetings. I know that through studying scripture, going to church, and serving others I live and strengthen my faith.
