Hi I'm Shanon

I recently converted from the "worlds ways" to the Lords... I'm a Mormon..

About Me

I'm a single parent and well never thought it would be so hard.. I was prior an Escrow Officer and lived Real Estate ate Real Estate and you know dreamed it too.. One day I'm going to drive a race car and be really good at it!!! I grew up in house full of Mechanics. I love cars, Real Estate and talking...

Why I am a Mormon

Why??? I wanted something more.. I knew life had it.. I had seen it, but I just did not know what or how to obtain it... I lived as most "normal" people do car, kid, job, and was still empty, and didn't even realize it. I was not raised in and LDS home. The fact is I had many LDS friends even be schooled in Mesa. After a heart wrenching few years I began to read the Bible and developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. After praying one day what church to join (because theirs a bunch out there) my neighbor happened to knock on my door a few hours later and told me of her church and how she knows is the True Church of God.. Well I thanked her and went to my scriptures for an answer.. Well to my surprise I was answered. So a few days later she asked if I wanted to meet with the missionaries. I did and well it's an amazing thing.. I felt the Spirit of the Lord so strong yet soft and loving unlike other places that I asked them "when can I get baptized?" I didn't feel the need to wait but I was asked to finish the basic lessons and I did with an open mind. I have found what I've always been searching for... I know my savior lives and I know the difference is the Authority that's been restored by God. You can feel the Spirit and your heart knows it's true.. That is how I knew.. The Spirit is here all the time not just some times...

How I live my faith

I follow the basic principals and go to as many functions as I can.. I really didn't understand the first few times but as I went and participated even in a shy manor I began to enjoy them. Now I'm always looking for the next thing to go to with my son...
