Hi I'm Mark

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Indiana and joined the church in 1978 in Chicago. It was a great decision!

About Me

I am a husband and father of 2 children. I am also a clinical psychologist working as a university professor and in private psychotherapy practice. I enjoy my family, playing tennis and helping to make peoples' lives better.

Why I am a Mormon

Through spiritual inspiration as it has influenced my behavior, attitudes, and love of others, I know Jesus Christ is our Savior and the Book of Mormon is true. Being a Mormon has changed my life in many miraculous ways. I would never have believed my life could have turned out so wonderful and blessed. I enjoy a "perfect" marriage, great professional success, and wonderful friends. There is not a better way to go through life!

How I live my faith

I live my faith in several ways. I am a High Councilor in my Stake serving as a representative of LDS church administration to the various wards in our area. I also home teach four families monthly, assisting with any spiritual or practical needs they may have and giving them a spiritual lesson. Finally, I coordinate mental health care for LDS members helping them to find the right clinical setting for their problems.
