Hi I'm Peter

I'm preparing to serve a mission in Benin. I'm currently an intern in an engineering firm. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a pretty average person fresh out of high school. I enjoy reading, science-fiction TV shows and movies, and robotics. In high school I was the captain of our high school's robotics team. I play the piano and clarinet, but not very well I'm afraid. I'm an intern at an engineering firm getting ready for a career in that field.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church. It started out with my parents teaching me very basic things I learned about God, Jesus Christ, good works, and service. It felt good to follow what I was taught. In time I learned to read and read the Book of Mormon. I guess knowing it was true seems simple to me, I read that if i did certain things in a certain way that I would feel certain things, like the Holy Ghost testifying of its truth. When I did what it directed me to do I felt at peace completely relaxed with the concept of the Book of Mormon. I've kept my faith because of what I've seen happen to others who are not of my faith. Generally I'm happier when I keep my faith as well. I often feel courage and strength when I attend my meeting and greatly enabled to do what is right.

How I live my faith

Each Sunday I play the piano for one of our meetings. Each month I also go to teach members of our congregation a message from our church leaders and help them with any needs that they may have.
