Hi I'm Victoria

I'm a 19 year old Mormon who was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently studying Journalism at BYU in Provo, Utah.

About Me

I love anything that is fun. I love to sing, dance, act, play frisbee, ski, sew, knit, do crafts, go caving, hang out with friends, go horse back riding, doing service, and feeling the spirit. I love my family and friends, and I love everything I do. Life is such a joy to me. I am serving my mission in the France Lyon mission right now. I am giving my time to my Lord and Savior because I know that this gospel brings more everlasting joy than anything else on this earth. I want everyone to have the opportunity to experience this joy as I have my entire life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but I am a Mormon because I know of the truthfulness of this gospel and the true joy that it brings to my life each and every day.

How I live my faith

I do go to church every Sunday, but I also say personal prayers and read my scriptures every day. When I do have a calling, I fulfil my duties righteously. I pay tithing, which is a 10% donation to the church. I'm modest in my dress, and honest in my dealings with my fellow men.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Victoria
The family is the core of the church. We are commanded to marry and to produce offspring. We are blessed with the opportunity to procreate and bring God's children to this earth. To me, a stronger family means a stronger person. When we are close to our families and all is well at home, we are able to bring that joy and light to other people and other aspects of our lives.
