Hi I'm Allan David Wienczkowski

I am a priest in the Church of Latter Day Saints. I was baptized on June 01, 2012 and ordained June 10, 2012

About Me

I am a cook and have been for over 21 years, I am also a United States Marine. currently employed at Bob Evans resturaunt in Erie and going to school for my Masters in Small Business Management with a specialized degree in Entrepreneurship.

Why I am a Mormon

I guess you could say that when my oldest daughter Nea, was baptized in the church about a month before my wife, my youngest daughter, and myself were. I had a yearning for what I believed was a unity that I have now found through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith the best I can one day at a time. I read the scriptures and pray that I can be a better man tomorrow than I was today.

What is the difference between attending church and the temple?

Allan David Wienczkowski
To me the biggest difference between the church and the temple is: The temple allows us the chance to work in a place where the outside world no longer exsists while we are there, our sole purpose in the temple is to do whatever the Lord holds for us and feel the exalted presence of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. The church is where we meet with each other and our brothers and sisters to exclaim the wonders of the scriptures, and partake of Jesus's commandmentsabout his body and blood. Show more Show less
