Hi I'm Isaac

I grew up in Idaho. I grew up in the middle of four sisters; I'm the only boy. I am a normal kid. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a great family. My parents, and four sisters are awesome. I fit right in the middle of the girls. I am a big sports fan. I love playing and watching everything... except hockey. I also like to listen to music. My favorite is rap/hip-hop. I haven't really achieved or done anything special yet.. but I am workin' on it. I am going to college and working. I served a mission for the Church in Brazil.

Why I am a Mormon

My family has always gone to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I always just went along with them for all of my childhood and most of my teen years. I never gave much thought into why I was going and doing the things I was until I was about 16 or 17. It finally hit me that I have been goin' to this church and I don't even know if it is true. So I decided to do what my family and leaders in the church had been telling me to do all of the past years... and that was to read and pray about the Book of Mormon so that I could know if the doctrine of the church was true, and if the church and Gospel itself were true. I will never forget my experience. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ is on the earth again. I am positive that this is His church. I have chosen to continue attending church meetings and activities for a couple of reasons. First, because I find joy and happiness when I am with the members of the church and I like that type of feeling. Second, because I know that the only way to get back to live with our Heavenly Father is by living his Gospel. There is no other way that we can get back to dwell with Him except through the Church of Jesus Christ and His Gospel. And to know that means everything to me.

How I live my faith

I just recently returned home from serving a mission in Brazil for the last 2 years. It was so sweet to get to know that culture and serve the people down there. I was able to become fluent in a different language. I learned so much as I helped a few people with anything that I could.
