Hi I'm Ashlee

I just moved to Maryland where it's nice and green! I teach private voice lessons and love to sing! I'm a mormon!

About Me

I am currently starting up school again after 10 years of being a busy mom. I love being a mom and a wife. It brings me so much joy. I am starting up a new vocal studio and love the power of music in my life. Our family loves to hike, water ski, go to dinner & movies, serve others, cook dinner together, and have popcorn game and movie nights at home! Our joy is full when we're together. We love taking walks in our neighborhood park and growing a garden full of tomatoes and squash! Life is good and I feel so blessed to know who I am and where I'm going in and after this life!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a mormon and feel so blessed to have the gospel in my life. I am proud to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because of the peace and Joy I have in my life. I feel direction and purpose. When I have bad days, I might not feel like changing my course or attitude but the Savior knows me and as I get to know him, my desire to make him proud of me grows stronger. I want to be confident and strong and I know the best way to do that is to live the Gospel standards the best I can! It brings me to my knees quite often and it's there that I find answers to my life questions.

How I live my faith

I find such comfort in reading the scriptures every day. I love reading the Ensign. It's nice to have guidance from Modern Day Prophets that know what we're going through and need in our lives right now. As my children learn about their Savior, I see how important it is to teach them who they are and where they came from. They have such faith and I learn from them. I am lucky and get to work with the Youth of our ward. They are a true testament of the strength of the children in these latter days. They are much stronger than I was and I am blessed to learn and grow with them. We have activities every week that teach us how to serve, communicate, bake, craft, garden, camp, and grow spiritually in many ways,
