Hi I'm Rebekah

I grew up in Oklahoma. I love camping, spending time with my beautiful family, and cooking new meals. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate. I am the mother of two beautiful children, and the wife of the most amazing husband. I love to cook and am learning to sew and garden. I hope to one day learn how to quilt. I love to travel and have only started visiting the various places on my list. I enjoy getting to know new people. Currently I am a full-time employee.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that attended this church. When I became a teenager I started to research and study the gospel principles to see if it was something I actually believed or if it was just something I did because my parents told me it was the right thing to do. After a lot of prayer, reading of my scriptures and putting into practice gospel principles I gained a testimony of this church. Since that time I have watched as my life has grown rich with joy and peace in my heart, regardless of events happening around me. It has given me the strength to continue on during times of hardship and has helped me to remember to be thankful to my Heavenly Father during times of happiness. The more I put into practice the principles, the richer my life becomes. I am a member of Christs church because I love him and I can't imagine my life, or my family without the love and support my Heavenly Father gives me as a result of trying my best to live his gospel. I am a member of His church because it gives me true joy.

How I live my faith

I am an active member of my church. I go regularly. In the past I have acted as a leader to the younger children, ages 3-12, as well as the youth. I have had the opportunity to organize events for the members of my congregation. I love serving the church and helping those around me to learn about Christ and his sacrifice for us. I do my best to do my visiting teaching and have learned how valuable it can be to those we serve.
