Hi I'm Caleb

I grew up in Lancaster California. I am the first eagle scout in my family. I'm LDS.

About Me

I am an artist of both voice and canvas. I have been singing since the age of 14 and drawing since I was probably 5 and am now 22 years old. I love martial arts and fitness. I have completed two years at Antelope Vally College and intend on finishing my education when I return from my mission call in Hermosillo Mexico. I love nature and green is my favorite color. My favorite animals are geckos but I have a love for reptiles in general. I hope to have a future career as a voice actor or singer of some kind but if it never takes off I intend on working as a nurse. More important than my career however is my desire to be the best future husband to my future wife as I can be and have a wholesome and fun eternal marriage.

Why I am a Mormon

I was rather blessed to be born into the church and be exposed to it from day 1. Some would argue that because of this I would of course only be a Mormon. This is not true. Every true Latter Day Saint whether born into the church or converted, personally chooses to be a member at some point in there life. This is the case with me. As a child I felt the church could be true but didn't have a full real grasp of it until my teenage years when I read the Book of Mormon. After doing so and starting to live the gospel more fully I discovered it's truth for myself. Through experiences both spiritual and temporal, in my heart and in my mind I know that the gospel is true. The spirit can give you strength in your darkest hour and the gospel can help shape you into a better you that helps yourself and those around you grow. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

Going to church every Sunday. Reading scriptures and praying daily. Following the word of wisdom and trying to live as a good moral example to my friends. Doing home teaching and being a charitable person who gives earnest service. I am now serving a mission in Mexico to help teach more people about the gospel and render service for them.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Of course not. Whether you are interested in the church or not, we Latter Day Saints are here to be of great benefit to the whole world. I give helpful service and am charitable to anyone in need who I can help. Most LDS are like that. Show more Show less
