Hi I'm Steph

Born in the Bay Area, living it up in Central Oregon. I'm married. I have 3 children. I work from home, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

About me... Hmmm... Well, I had searched throughout many religions trying to find the right one, and I have! I was raised by non-religious parents, which left me without God. Well I found Him!! I was lucky enough to find a member who wasn't active, and I rekindled his fire to go back to church and take me and our kids with him. The gospel has changed our lives, and has made us better people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I believe. I had went to several different types of churches and religions. I always heard stories of "those Mormon's". But you know what? I am proud to be a Mormon. I am proud to raise my children with the fullness of the gospel. I'm a Mormon because I know it is what is right for me, and my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by setting examples of what it means to be Mormon. I have tattoos and piercings so many people don't think "Mormon" when looking at me, but when they get to know me, I have plenty of 'Mormon traits'. I'm kind and helpful and love everyone. I like to think of my "non-traditional" look as a way to help everyone understand that God loves us ALL. Period. It doesn't matter to Him where you came from, He loves you no matter what your story is.

What is being a Mormon like?

I can honestly say being Mormon is one of the best things that can ever happen to a person. I wish I would have converted sooner! But, my entire journey is His plan. God knew what he was doing with me, even in my darkest times He knew I would find Him. Being Mormon doesn't mean I know everything, or that I'm always disturbingly happy. It simply means I have been blessed to know the fullness of the gospel and also God's plan for me, and my family. It's an amazing feeling... I strongly suggest it! :) Show more Show less
