Hi I'm Chase Plowman

I grew up in Dallas, Texas. I love country music, sports, and spending time with family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Chase and I am from Frisco, Texas. I love playing all sports but especially golf and tennis. I attend BYU where I am going to go into a business degree, most likely accounting. I also love to play the piano, even though I really am not very talented.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints means absolutely everything to me. I was born and raised in the church, but I have my own conversion story. That is what is so beautiful about Christ's church, is that everyone must have their own testimony and conversion. As I began to see the Atonement work in my life, and in other people who are very close to me lives, I began to develop my own testimony. I have seen both in my own life and in very important people to me how the atonement can change someone. Christ suffered for each and every one of us. He suffered for our sins, our trials, our challenges, and infirmities. As I grow to understand this, my love for the Savior grows immensely, and I can feel his love more often. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ, people can be better. They can change. No matter how far off the deep end someone is, it can never be too far for the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I know that his church has been restored on the earth again through the Prophet Joseph Smith, and that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet on the earth today. Through the Atonement, all mankind may be saved.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by serving others. The greatest thing about the Gospel of Jesus Christ is that I can feel and see the love Christ and our Heavenly Father feel for me when I serve others. It might be in very small amounts, but I can feel it. I am a strong believer in the phrase "Faith without works is dead." This is very true to me. We must do everything we can to serve others and to grow our testimony so that we can try and become closer to Christ during this life.
