Hi I'm Rory

I grew up in South Africa. I run my own business. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband, and father of five children. I love to spend my spare time with my family. I am an avid sports fan, and enjoy watching rugby, in particular, when time allows.

Why I am a Mormon

The Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought me so much happiness in my life. I have found that by living according to its teachings, my life has great purpose and direction. The beautful principle of eternal families is one of the greatest teachings, and one which motivates me to want to be a better person.

How I live my faith

I try hard to fulfill my obligation as a father, to teach my children to be kind and loving individuals, and to obey the teachings of the gospel. I currently serve with the young men in my ward, where I enjoy the opportunity to teach the 14 and 15 year olds, and try to influence their lives for good.

What do Mormons believe about family?

The family is the basic unit of the Church, and is meant to be eternal. The relationships that we enjoy in this life can be continued through the eternities. Show more Show less
