Hi I'm Thomas

I grew up in Provo, UT. Lacrosse is what I love and dream of being part of in my life, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a middle and only boy of 5 Kids. I love to write poems and play Lacrosse, people will say that there is a place for everyone that makes them feel so alive and free from all care. That is what I feel when I play Lacrosse. When I was young my parents separated. It was devastating, I believed in families together forever and pleaded why was mine falling apart? I eventually began to push forward and move on and now I have a love for everyone around me because of that harsh life experience. I want to help people find out just who they are and what makes them enjoy life. I love Lacrosse I love this Gospel I want to love everyone around me

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was born and raised as a Mormon but I feel that no one truly knows this to be true right from the start of their lives. This is a very hard thing to explain but just know this about me. I was not aware of the truthfulness of this church during my youth and I did not keep all the commandments that I have been told were in the scriptures. But now that I have truly taken the time to study and ponder and pray about why God has given us commandments I know that they are to better us and I will no longer knowingly disobey what I know to be true. I know this to be the true Church of Jesus Christ again on the earth. I sustain and know that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and is directed by Him to lead all of us. I know that Joseph Smith was called to restore Christs true church in 1830. I know that God loves us and wants us all to return home to His presence. I know that this church under the priesthood authority of God is the path by which we can return home.

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving in the Mission of Texas San Antonio. During this 2 year period my time is spent 100% to the Lord and bringing others to a greater knowledge of His divinity and what is in store for us in this life. I plan to return and be an example of what I know to be true. I will live my life in such a way that people will want to know Jesus Christ because they know who I am and what I stand for.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Thomas
It is important to take care of our bodies so that we can enjoy the full blessing of the bodies we have all been able to gain by coming into this life. We have only a short time to live in comparison to eternity, but as we take care of our bodies and keep them strong we will be able to enjoy life longer and progress further. Show more Show less
