Hi I'm Nate

I am a husband and a father (x3). I am a lawyer, a volunteer, and an entrepreneur. And I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a smart and beautiful woman that supports me, makes me laugh, and picks up my socks. Together we are trying to raise three amazing children. She stays home and does the hard work while I head to the office everyday to keep food on the table (even though our kids only eat chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, waffles, and peanut butter toast) and to fund our bi-weekly Target runs. When I am not working, we find activities to do together. We like movies, food, and the great outdoors. We talk about traveling, but rarely do anything about it. Part of us is too used to living on a tight student budget and the part of us that has forgotten the constraints of living on loans is regularly reminded by a toddler that traveling with little ones is not a vacation.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the restored gospel of Jesus Christ blesses my life. Because I am a Mormon I am sealed to my family for time and all eternity. Because I am a Mormon I can be lead by the gift of the Holy Ghost. Because I am a Mormon I can regularly hear the counsel of The Lord from the mouths of modern day prophets. Because I am a Mormon I understand the doctrines of salvation, including the healing power of the sacrifice of our Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I make time to serve others in my community through volunteer church service and pro bono legal work. I enjoy serving with my family when possible as it is a valuable teaching tool for my children. I grew up serving alongside my parents and appreciate the lessons it instilled in me.
