Hi I'm Tiffany Eyring Hansen

I'm a mother of 4, a fitness instructor, a runner, a food fanatic, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The baby of 6 kids, I was born & raised in the church although my parents were divorced several times each, I always knew what I wanted.....to be happily married in the temple. I'm a mother of 4 awesome kids, a wife to a great man, and an owner of a very handsome little yorkie. In 2008, 2 years after that last baby was born I lost over 75 pounds and have kept it off! I'm now a runner, anything from 5k's to Marathon's. I teach fitness classes and want to certify in all aspects of physical fitness, food nutrition, and health, if I can. My fitness patrons have been with me through my mother dieing, losing the family dog, my whole entire house flooding, surgery, and some really tough times and they always wonder how I am so happy. I'll tell you why - its because I have an awesome family and I know who I am, where I came from, where I'm going when I die, and I know that my heavenly father loves me. My husband is my biggest fan, and my brothers and sisters are the best.

Why I am a Mormon

It would be so easy to sleep in and not go to church on Sundays, but I just cant. Because I know the truth. I'm a Mormon because it gives me purpose. I know why I am here on this earth, and where I am going when I die. I have a lot to do while I am here. I know that Heavenly Father sent me here for a purpose and I must accomplish that task in the short time we are given to live with a body. I want my children to know that no matter what happends to them, even if they cant hear me or see me or feel my love for them, that they are loved beyond measure by their Heavenly Father, and they too have a purpose. Sure I love to run, exercise, eat healthy, eat terrible, watch movies, sleep, eat, play, craft, exercise more, and be with my family - but above all - I love my Heavenly Father for allowing me the opportunity to come to this earth and be with my family and experience and share my love for the gospel.

How I live my faith

I currently serve in the Young Womens Presidency and I love it! I have been in primary, sunday school, releif society, and all aspects of service throughout the church and while some are harder, for me, than others, I love serving. If I could just make cookies and deliver them to someone once a week that would be great, but it's not that easy. I dont MAKE TIME for my church callings.....besides my family.....Church comes first, exercise and work and even dinner comes second sometimes. I hope my children understand the importance of service in their life. It is more rewarding than any Marathon Medal.
