Hi I'm Cameron G. Searle

I grew up in good ole' Tooele, UT. I am currently servin a Mission in Argentina and (obviously) I'm a Mormon.

About Me

First, faith in Jesus Christ. Second, family. Third, service and helping those around me. During my Christian missionary service in Argentina, I grew to love serving the less fortunate. I witnessed the many negative consequences and pains that come with the disintegration of the family. This led me to wish to work in human development in order to help strengthen families commitment to contributing to society and prevent the existence of "street children." In order to accomplish this, I am currently studying at BYU-Idaho with an International Studies major. I plan to obtain a masters degree in either human rights or human development. I love living life and strive to try new things. Life can be so colorful if we but step out of our comfort zone and try something completely foreign to us. In this way, I have come to have many wonderful (sometimes dangerous) experiences. At the end of my life, I desire more than anything to look back and confidently say that I did my best, that I learned, that I loved, and that I lived with no regret.

Why I am a Mormon

Having the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life makes it whole. The possibility to obtain and maintain the presence of the Holy Ghost in my life is such an amazing blessing and opportunity. Life is beautiful when we have the Spirit of the Lord. Light and love accompany those who come to know the Savior and to serve Him by serving others. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints allows me to do this.

How I live my faith

More than anything, I choose to live my faith through action. Jesus Christ came and He served. He provided us with the perfect example of humility and patience. I only wish to follow Him through humble acceptance of His will and helping those around me.
