Hi I'm Stafford

I'm a Triplet who loves running around barefoot, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an explorer! I love just getting out and learning something new, from finding mother natures treasures to eating foods that have the possibility of biting back. Getting out and really discovering all the amazing creations of our Heavenly Father first hand is one of the greatest opportunities and adventures I believe we have! I also happen to be a college student with no set decision on what I'll be when I "Grow Up" , and I get to be a Triplet! Family is something of great importance to me and being able to always have two partners in crime is a thrill ride! I've had the chance to be a volunteer missionary for my church and spent that time in Ukraine among the coolest Russian and Ukrainian speaking people on this earth. Longboarding, Backpacking, and being outside and about has got to be my favorite continuing past time.

Why I am a Mormon

My family has always encouraged me to find my own path in life, I have been around the church my whole life, but I didn't really choose wholeheartedly to be a Member until I really put the teachings to test. In the Bible and Book of Mormon we find many Commandments given to us by our Heavenly Father. We also find promised blessings attached to everyone of them. When I decided and created the desire to discover if this was the Lords church, I took those promises to heart and chose to live what the Word of God taught. That desire to know truth has given me a solid understanding and testimony given to me from my Heavenly Father. I know God is there and his true plan is for all of us. His Church is the divine support to help us all make it to eternal happiness. This Spiritual Connection with my God is driving force of my very being and why continue to live the teachings of Jesus as found in this Church.

How I live my faith

Right now I get to work with the youth groups of the Church. Mostly with the boys from ages 12 to 18. These are key years of any persons life and we have a blast as I get to take part in showing them that while Living the Gospel, one can be who they are! We all learn together that our talents and the adventures and craziness that happens is all given of God, and we are to enjoy and learn and grow and this is all possible to do when one follows the teachings of Christ. Living my faith is an everyday thing at home, church, work, and play. Many of my closest friends are of different faiths but never has that impeded anything in our relationships because Christ teaches all to "Love one another." Life is to be taken head on, and I'm gonna be carrying my faith along for the journey. We live our faith as we interact with all those around us while doing what we love and living within the means given by a loving God, so if you wanna find me living my Faith, don't look in the back of the line. Come on up to the edge of the waterfall and grab hold cause we will be taking a leap of Faith together!
