Hi I'm Sarah

I'm from a small town in Ohio. I come from a big family. I love to play volleyball. And best of all, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I'm Sarah! I currently reside in Perrysburg, Ohio. I go to Owens Community College and I am majoring in Commercial Art. I am in the Bowling Green YSA Branch and I love everyone in it. I come from a small town in Ohio and I have a big family. I plan on graduating then getting as far away from Ohio and into warmer weather as soon as I can! (:

Why I am a Mormon

Hmm, why I am a Mormon? That's a good question that I am happy to answer. Most kids like me would say because I was born into it, which is true. Even so, I believe that what I have been taught all my life is true. I have had so many blessings because my family and I live and follow the gospel. I have felt the Spirit when I am at church or at church activities. My testimony to you is that I know my Father lives, and loves me too. I know he loves all of his children, even in times of struggle. I know he wants you to pray and repent everyday and to go to church every Sunday. I testify that feeling the Spirit is the best feeling you can ever have. If you sincerely pray to our Heavenly Father, you will be humbled and your prays will be answered. Maybe not right that second, or even in 5 months, but they will be answered, you just have to listen and pay attention.

How I live my faith

I keep up with going to church on Sundays and doing my duty as First Counselor in my Young Single Adult branch. I live my faith day by day. I don't know what each day is going to hold but I know that my Heavenly Father is watching over me all the time. The thought of knowing I am in the right church brings so much happiness to me.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Mormons do not worship Joseph Smith. We worship our heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We believe he was the first prophet in the latter-days, after the Great Apostasy. He brought back the gospel and established The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We see him as an important leader of our church and that the Lord called on him to do His work. Without his faith and diligence, this church may not be here today. Show more Show less
