Hi I'm Nikki Bair

I'm a homeschooling mom. I learn about everything. I love finding new ways to save money. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mom of young active boys. We all like to learn about lots of things. When I'm not learning the names and facts about dinosaurs or what makes a volcano or the many other things the kids want to know about, I read things to help me be a better mother and steward over the money and time God has given me. I love home cooked meals and have receently bought a pasts maker and will start making my own tortillas. I am also learing to play the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I was really young the gospel of Jesus Christ has just made sense to me. Scriptures in the Bible that others don't have an explanation for are a part of our beleifs. I love coming across those scriptures like 1 Pet. 3:18–20, 1 Cor. 15:29, 1 Pet. 4:6. I came across a book on happiness and every single thing the book said to do to be happy were all things that this church suggests. It was yet another witness to me of how wonderfully God has set up his church in our day. By living the gospel and following the cousel of the church the gospel truly is the great plan of happiness. Not only do I know it is true because of how it just makes sense to me but I have prayed about it and I know that this is the Lord's church on earth today. That Joseph Smith truly did see God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ and that through him they restored the original churcch back on earth again. I know that the fruit of this church is good. The people aren't perfect but the gospel is. That through the atonement of Christ we caan be saved and live with our Father again. I know that God hears our prayers and watches over us because I have seen his watch care through the prayers I've offered and his hand in my life.

How I live my faith

I'm in a group at church in which we plan meetings to teach about budgeting, cooking, decorating our houses beautifully for little money and anything else that will help the women in our ward be better wives, mothers and homemakers.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Nikki Bair
I took a nutrition class in college and the whole class was proof to me that there is a God. Every single part of our food from each individual vitamin and mineral to the fiber and protein of the different foods all work in this wonderful and complex way just to keep our bodies alive. To me there is no way that our food providing all the necessary components for us to be alive and healthy could have happened just by chance. Show more Show less
