Hi I'm Kevin Adams

I love sports and doing crazy stuff, I hate red ants, children scare me, and... I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am the second youngest of six kids in my family. I love playing sports and I am very competitive. I love spending time with my family and friends, and meeting new people. I have had some unique jobs in the past including, but not limited to; gourmet popcorn chef, pumpkin delivery truck driver, hurdle coach, etc. My favorite snow cone flavor is Mango Red Raspberry with cream on top.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. My parents were both born member as well. But it wasn't until late in high school until I really realized what it means to be a Mormon. It involved helping the people around you, and sharing the joy that you have. Its all about service and following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. As I wondered what I wanted in life, everything pointed back to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Through prayer, study, and a lot of questions, I learned for myself that this is Jesus Christ's restored gospel on the earth today restored by Joseph Smith. The Book of Mormon especially helped me to gain a testimony. I quickly learned that the Book of Mormon is either true, or not, so I made sure that I knew which it was. Through study and prayer I received a witness through the Holy Ghost that this is Christ's church, and it has truly been restored to the Earth. I love The Book of Mormon!

How I live my faith

The biggest way I live my faith is by study, prayer, and applying the things that I learn about. I love how Jesus always served those around him, and was always looking to help those in need. I have tried to do the same in my own life whether it be helping my family, friends, or others that I may meet. I love sharing what I know with others, hoping that they can feel the joy that I feel in my life from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That desire has led me to serve as a missionary for two years, and I am so excited to serve the Lord!
