Hi I'm Dallin Green

Photographer, videographer, dreamer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life. I believe each one of us is called to an adventure. God has given each of us the opportunities we need to grow and progess. I've learned throughout life that there's no such thing as coincedince. It's meant to happen. This can apply to every aspect of our lives. I know that God watches over us and will provide opportunities for our growth and development if we will let ourselves follow Him. He has a plan for our success and happiness.

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because of what I've felt on the inside. I know that what I've been taught is true because I have felt it is true. Each of us can come to know any truth by paying close attention to our quiet, inner voice. That voice will never lead us wrong. Through these impressions and feelings I've had, I know that God lives, and that His Son, Jesus Christ, suffered for our sins so that we can be forgiven as we repent. The Gospel of Jesus Christ helps us to become what God sees in us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing things that I know are good. I love to share a smile, a laugh, or simply my time. Prayer is an important part of my life. I know that God listens to my prayers, and that He answers my prayers. Sometimes the answer doesn't come the way I would have wanted, but the answer always comes. Right now I'm serving a mission in Lubbock, TX, hoping to share this message with others.

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Dallin Green
Similar to the Bible, the Book of Mormon was written by several ancient prophets. The Book of Mormon begins at 600 B.C. with a family living in Jerusalem. The family was led by God from Jerusalem to the American continent. They were commanded to keep a record of their journey. This record was passed from one generation to the next. While being passed down, prophets wrote in the record. Finally, around 400 A.D., a prophet named Mormon compiled their records into one volume and buried it in the ground. in the early 1800s, God led Joseph Smith to this ancient record, and by the power and gift of God, translated it. Today it is known as the Book of Mormon. Show more Show less
