Hi I'm Dave

I grew up in Northern Michigan. I drive fast cars for a profession and hobby. I'm a Husband, a Father, and a Mormon

About Me

I started my career flying planes, but some reason driving fast cars was fun also. Eventually the automotive world won me over. Some of my hobbies include mountain bike riding, snowmobiling, fishing, backpacking, camping, building guns, and enjoying the Michigan beaches. My passion is becoming a better leader in all areas of my life, as I know there are many faults in need of improvement.

Why I am a Mormon

After some trials and errors, my life is now devoted to strengthening my core beliefs. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has helped greatly in this goal. Every day can be a challenge if I'm not centering my heart around what the gospel teaches me.

How I live my faith

Living a Christ centered life is easier when I continuously try to set an example with my peers or anyone who is watching my actions.

Why do some call Mormonism a cult?

Some churches do not have the tight community feel that Mormons do. Example: When there is a family or person in need we come together a strong community and help out. That strong tie of unity may be seen in others eyes as a cult. Show more Show less
