Hi I'm Cali

I grew up in Utah. I am a middle child with 9 siblings. I am now happily married with 3 children of my own. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to my highschool sweetheart. I am the mother of three wonderful boys. They are wild and adventurous and keep me busy! I got an accounting degree from Utah State University (Go Aggies!) I worked in that field until my first son was born, and since then I have been lucky enough to be able to stay home with my children. I enjoy running, reading, playing games, sports, and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to wonderful parents and was taught the gospel in my home from the time I was very small. When I left home to attend college I no longer had my parents to lean on. I had to rely on my own testimony that the things I had been taught were true. I realized that my testimony had been developing all along. Gaining a testimony for me was a gradual process that had happened over many years and through many experiences. I know God lives. I know he loves me and wants me to be happy. I know Jesus died for me and that He was resurrected. I am so grateful to know that I am a daughter of God, and to understand the purpose of my life here on earth and my potential. I know it is possible to return to God and live with my family forever, and I look forward to that day!

How I live my faith

My most important calling in life is a wife and mother. I try to set a good example for my children, and let them see the happiness that living the teachings of the gospel bring into my life. Making our home a place where the Spirit of the Lord can be felt is a priority for me. I am currently an adult advisor for the youth in my ward. I work with the young women, which is so fun for me since I don't have daughters of my own! I am happier when I am doing the basic things (praying, reading the scriptures, going to church, and serving othes) to keep me close to my Savior.
