Hi I'm Celia

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife and a mother. I stay home and take care of my sweet one. I love to paint, listen to good music, run, be with my family, cook, and read.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because my family is the most important thing in my life. I want to be with them always and I know that I will be able to. I was raised in the church, so I've never known anything else, but everyday I make a conscious choice to continue on this path. It makes sense in my heart and has never led me astray. Especially now that I am married and have started my own family, the Gospel is just that much more important in my life. I know what divorce and inactivity can do to a person, to a whole family, and I never want that in my little family. I want my children to have a relationship with their Savior and know that they are divine children of our Heavenly Father. I want them to have the strong foundation the church can give, so when it is up to them to make choices on their own they will have a system of strong morals in place to guide them. I am not perfect, but the Gospel is and guides me and brings me back to where I need to be when I am lost. I am a Mormon because I choose to be, because I want to be.

How I live my faith

My husband and I teach the youth in our ward- we love that we are able to help them build their testimonies and understanding of the Gospel. I visit other sisters in my ward every month, and as much as I hope to help them and give a piece of my testimony to them, they help me even more. Living my faith is an everyday thing, not just on Sundays. It's choosing everyday to work harder on my weaknesses so that I can be a strength to others. Most of all, it's living so that people will see our faith through our actions and not just our words.
