Hi I'm Kyle

I am a sports junkie, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Well I am not that special but I am absolutely loving life. Right now I am 21 years old and going to school at BYU-Idaho. I was born in Alabama but grew up in Rexburg, Idaho and it is my home. I grew up playing sports, watching sports, and dreaming about sports. ESPN is one of my loves. But when it comes down to it I love my Friends and Family. They are number 1 on the list. I don't know what I would do without them. Although I look at myself as just a normal dude the impact they have had on me is significantly more than normal. Also in February 2013, I returned home from a church mission to Japan which was AMAZING. The things I learned in those two years continue to bless my life everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

hmm... The reason I am Mormon... Well I have lots of reasons. But I think it is because I believe in a God that loves me as his Child and I believe his greatest desire is for me to be happy. So no matter what comes my way I feel like God is looking down on me and knows me personally and knows what I am going through. But I think the reason I am able to believe all of this is because of the people and the good examples I had around me as I grew up. I could see the conviction of their faith as Mormons and as followers of Jesus Christ in their good deeds, Christlike attitude of love and Charity, and in their eyes. That is what caused me to have a desire to know. A desire to know God, have a relationship with him, and to follow him.

How I live my faith

I do the usual, go to church, and read the scriptures. But I think some of the most important ways to show faith is in the little things. Being a good friend, doing good and just living with a prayer in your heart are some of the most effective ways of living as a follower of Jesus Christ. I am far from perfect but I try to ask myself the question...''What would Jesus Do?'' And you can never go wrong with that. This is a quote I try to live by, "Never give up, never give in, If your life is a game you never will win, But if you live with prayer you will not forget, God makes you a winner without any regrets."
