Hi I'm Sandy

I am a Mom, a grandma, and a great grandma. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a graduate with a nursing degree. I worked in O.B. Psych, and Home Health; but my favorite occupation was a stay-at-home Mom. My hobbies include: quilting, scrapbooking, I also have a deep love for music. I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I gained my testimony over time... come to think of it, I don't even remember a time when I didn't know that what I've learned is true. I do not know how I could have raised my family without the influence of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Having a Christ-centered home has meant the world to me and my family. Being a mormon, or rather, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints makes me happy! Reason being, that because of the things I learn and live as a Mormon, I know where I came from, why I'm here, and where I'm going after this life.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly as well as I fulfill my repsonsibilities as a Visiting Teacher. Right now, I serve as a Visiting Teaching Supervisor and the Missionary Meal Coordinator. I read the scriptures daily and continually grow my testimony through the truths that I am blessed to discover. Fervent personal and family prayer is also a major source of strength and peace in my life. I strive daily to become more Christlike and to know Him better as my personal Savior.
