Hi I'm Dave

I'm a Mormon. Have lived my whole life in Pennsylvania.

About Me

I have enjoy working in the healthcare field as a Cardiac Sonographer, which provides me the opportunity to help people. I was an EMT in my community for many years which I loved. I am married and have two sons and currently 3 granddaughters.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of my belief that my Heavenly Father through His Son Jesus Christ continues to lead His children through living Prophets and Apostles. I was raised in another church which helped build a foundation of faith in my Savior Jesus Christ for which I am grateful. I did though have a strong desire to seek the Lord and have found that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints has helped me to come closer to my Heavenly Father and His Son, and to apply the Gospel more fully in my everyday life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by first remembering that I am a son of my Father in Heaven and a follower of my Savior Jesus Christ. With that comes a responsibilty to live my life in a way that is pleasing to God. Through serving in various callings in Church I am able to be of service to my fellow saints. Through helping my neighbors and being involved in my community I am able to help those outside the Church as well. My work puts me in contact with many who are suffering physcially and my hope is that through me they may recognize the light of Christ within me and have their burdens eased, if at least temporarily. As we live in a fallen world and are subject to the temptations and buffetings of Satan, I am grateful for the Atonement of Christ that provides a means for forgiveness through the act of repentence. Through daily prayer with my wife, daily scripture reading as well trying to live a Christ centered life, I am hopeing to be a good example to all of God's children.
