Hi I'm Anthony

I'm a visual communicator, a fan of the squared circle, I savour vegetarian recipes, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in South Florida as the third of five children. Growing up, the street murals of Miami, with their vibrant colors and amazing designs, caused me to develop an appreciation and passion for art. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. My studies and work have provided me with the opportunity to work with and learn from many different types of companies and organizations. When I'm not working, designing something, or thinking of some new idea I love to spend time with those who matter most--family and friends. Reading, listening to talk radio, video games, swimming, and watching professional wrestling are hobbies and interests that I enjoy when time allows. In between it all there's nothing like some veggie pizza or lasagna to keep me going.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents raised me and my siblings with good morals, values, and ethics as we grew up. We were taught to be kind to one another, work hard, and to always seek to do good but we never attended a church. It wasn't until I was about seven-years-old when my family met missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After being taught God's plan of happiness and how Christ's church was on the earth my dad joined the church. Over a period of time, my mom, brother, two sisters, and myself were baptized. Since my parents were converts to the church it was a challenge to transition from our normal living routines to attending church, having Family Home Evening, being involved in Eagle Scouts, and waking up early for Seminary. They did well though and I am grateful for their faith, examples, and for the course which they set for me. During my late teens/early 20s did I begin to seriously question and ponder what I truly believed. After much reading, pondering, praying, and experiences in life did I come to receive a personal witness of the truths which I am blessed to have in my life today.

How I live my faith

I live by example and I share the things I know to be true whenever needed. I love to serve others and help those in need regardless of their beliefs. Since missionaries have made a difference in me and the lives of my family, I enjoy helping them however possible. That has included voluntarily providing a meal for them, going with them to teach someone, or giving them rides to and from places.
