Hi I'm Meagan Cobia

I grew up in Japan and met the love of my life in Idaho. We have two beautiful, fun and crazy girls. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I spent most of my childhood in Tokyo, Japan. My love to diverse cultures has only increased since then. Together my husband and I share dreams of traveling and living abroad. We have yet to experience the 'abroad' part. But we have lived in several places across the U.S from Washington to Virginia. We hope to spend a few years in Finland. We love seeing the world through our daughters eyes. There is no greater understanding of Christ-like love until you hold your own tiny child in your arms. I love crafting- knitting, crocheting and sewing. I'm a beginner and owe all I know to my mom. I love to eat healthy. I love my family and siblings more than anything in the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. I love Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father. I feel in my heart that this is the gospel of happiness and love. I know that Heavenly Father knows us. He listens and answers prayers. I know Jesus did all that He did for our benefit. He loves us so much and is always reaching out to us. We can be inspired and lead by the Holy Ghost. I am a Mormon because I have felt the happiness and love this gospel has to offer. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has the power to transform lives. It brings a level of joy into my life that I never thought possible. I love my Father in Heaven, and His son Jesus Christ, and I know they live and everyone can feel this in their lives.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the words of the Prophet, reading my scriptures and praying. We like to study and learn together as a family. I try to be a positive influence as best I can. I try to magnify my calling, and am grateful that I am always being pushed to do and be better.I live my faith by supporting the bishop and members of the ward. I love everything this gospel stands for.
