Hi I'm Char

I'm a mom. I'm a wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for almost 12 years. I have 4 children 9 months to 9 years. I graduated college with a BA in Sign Lanuage interpreting. My husband was in the millitary for 8 years of our marriage. We have lived in England, Arizona, Texas, Hawaii and California. I love to travel and I love family history. I like to read and play board games with my kids. I love Rock band and hiking.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the comfort I recieve through hard times. I had one Molar pregnancy and then a subsequent miscarriage exactly a year later. It was hard. There were times that I could feel the love and comfort of Heavenly Father protecting me from having more pain. I know that all things are for our good and will give me experinace. I love the knowledge I have that I am a child of God and that He hears and answers my prayers. I love the knowledge that I can be married to my best friend forever, even after this life. I love that we are given opportunities to serve each other and learn things in the responsibilities we are given that we would not be able to learn otherwise. I love to see miracles happen when we put the faith into something that doesn't look worthy to have our faith. I know that Jesus Christ is my advocate for us to Heavenly Father. I know that He died for me. I know that He loves me and I love Him

How I live my faith

In the church I am a youth leader. This has been a hard and rewarding responsibility. I teach the Sunday School lesson once a month and we have a weekly night activity. I have had the opportunty to teach the adult women's class and A lot of experiance teaching the children in the church. I also have the opportunity to check on and minister to a few different lady's in the church to make sure they are doing ok, spiritually and temporally. I get to bring meals to them when they have babies or are sick. I try to live my life as an example of Jesus Christ, to be an instrument in his hands.
