Hi I'm Mallory

I love the beautiful world!

About Me

My name is Mallory and I am a young woman of nineteen years. I enjoy spending time my family, going on walks, the ocean, fresh vegetables, flowers, and rainy days.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the restored gospel of Jesus Christ brings so much peace and joy to my life. I am a daughter of God. YOU are a child of God, too. Our Father in Heaven and Savior, Jesus Christ, want us to have eternal joy. Life is difficult. But - when I turn towards the light of Jesus Christ and pray to Heavenly Father, I recognize that all will be well. I know that this organization is true. I know that we can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth us. Every day, I think of my eternal goals. Someday, I will be able to return to my Father in Heaven. Every day, I think of my Savior who suffered and atoned for all my sins, my pains, and my sufferings. These thoughts bring a light into my life, and lift up my heart. We are Heavenly Father's children, Jesus Christ is our Savior, and families can be together forever. How perfect!

How I live my faith

Throughout the good and the bad times, I always turn to my Savior and Heavenly Father. I know that in the end, all WILL be well. I also love to serve others by uplifting, encouraging, and helping others to feel better. Whether this be through listening, talking, saying hi, or giving a hug, I really want the best for all the children of God.

What is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' attitude regarding homosexuality and same sex marriage?

Mallory
We believe that marriage is between man and a woman. It is not wrong to have these feelings, but to act upon them is. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Mallory
I know with all my heart, that we are here for a purpose. We are each here to be tested and to make our way back to Heavenly Father, using our agency. We are blessed with SO MUCH: a beautiful world with amazing creations, families, the restored Gospel, and the freedom to choose our own actions. However, we cannot control the consequences of our actions. After this life, we will be judged by Jesus Christ. If we are worthy, we will be able to receive eternal salvation and live eternally with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Can you imagine that?! I cannot imagine the greatness it would be to live forever with an inner peace and joy. I look forward to that time, and am also learning to spend my time wisely and make choices that will only build up the Kingdom of God. Show more Show less
