Hi I'm Kyle Anderson

I'll do just about anything that involves adrenaline, I love my family, I love life, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Well hello. I started my athletic career off as a gymnast and learned to love it. Being able to do sweet tricks is great. I competed in that sport for some time and then after about 7 years the doctors told me to quit due to a problem in my knees that I can't spell. So I joined the swim team my sophomore year in High school and absolutely love that as well. Due to these two individually based sports I am very competitive with myself. I've worked quite a variety of jobs and do quite a variety of hobbies. I get antsy after doing the same thing for too long, so I like to change it up. I love to mountain bike, rock climb, swim, flip, longboard, do archery, and just be outside. I love movies. I enjoy Friday nights with the friends. I attended the University of Utah for a year and then left on my mission to Des Moines Iowa! I aspire to be a pediatrician one day, but that is subject to change. And I am just a big fan of being alive. Good times.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a Mormon, but that is not why I am a Mormon. I've never had a huge "ah-ha" or inspirational moment that has told me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christ's church here on earth, but the subtle daily experiences that I get have built me into who I am and the beliefs that I have. I am a mormon because it's not about believing what someone else believes, it's about believe what is true. It's a very personal thing between me and Heavenly Father. It is through my beliefs that I have discovered that I truly am a son of God, and that is special to me. I never have to doubt or deal with confusion because all that I have to do is turn to my loving Father in Heaven and ask him about whatever it is and he will answer me. It is through my beliefs that I have come to know that the atonement of Jesus Christ is a very real thing, and I need the atonement everyday! I don't like to think of this religion simply as "being a mormon", rather it is becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

This past year I had been called as a youth leader. I helped to serve the youth who were of the age of 16 to 18. I loved it. It was such a wonderful experience. Right now I am on a mission. I am headed to Des Moines Iowa where I will serve by helping others to come to know of this Gospel, and to invite them to find it's truthfulness for themselves, and to come unto Christ.
