Hi I'm Richard

I love learning, music and traveling... and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 22 years old and the youngest of three siblings. While having lived in Idaho nearly my entire life, I find that happiness can be found in many of the beautiful places around us. I love to travel when I get the chance, whether it's a short ride on my motorcycle or a flight across the ocean to other countries. I love music and have been playing drums for 9 years. My ultimate dream is to one day be able to travel the world to create and share music that shares (my) happiness with others.

Why I am a Mormon

Initially in my life, I was Mormon because I was raised by my parents in the Mormon church. Like many other teenagers, I too was trying to find out who I was and who I wanted to be. Over the years, I was blessed with many opportunities to learn about the loving nature of service that can fill frustrating situations with love and fill unhappy lives with happiness. Through those opportunities, I have found personal happiness in serving the people around me. Having those frequent opportunities to serve with Mormon leaders and other Mormon members, I have learned that while service is not always easy, it is always worth it. I am a Mormon because I have experienced the love of God through service in my church, my family and my friendships.

How I live my faith

I try my best to be share God's love through my actions, by being an example to those around me. While speaking is not my strongest suit, I try to spread our God's love in the way I live my life whether at work, school or whatever social settings I might find myself in. My favorite way to share His love is by helping those around me and doing things for others anonymously.
