Hi I'm Samantha

I have been married to my wondeful husband Ren, since July 30, 2011. My brother is on a mission and we are so proud. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I do not have any children yet. He was born in the Phillipines and I was born in Texas. My family lived in Austin till I was 9, we then moved to Houston and that is were I finished Elementary and attended middle and High School. I took a Nursing class in Junior and Senior year and am still thinking about that as my career. Currently, my husband is attending BYU and majoring in accounting. After he finishes school, we have no idea where we will end up but we are looking forward to the future with eachother and our future children. I love my family very much, both my birth family and my in-laws family. They are supportive of Ren and I and love us as much maybe more than we love them. I have been on many vacations with my parents and younger brother, matt, and sometimes with my grandparents. I love those memories, of fun and laughter and love. My best adventures are with my family and now the top are with Ren. Everyday is a new venturous experience. We have so much fun laughing together, supporting eachother, spending time together, and sometimes going on vacation. We have been on two cruises together and love it! Everything that happens strenghtens our marriage! I am currently looking for a job and Ren is my biggest support/comfort when I feel discouraged. I am so lucky to have the life I have! I have wonderful friends and a wonderful family! None of these things would be mine without the innumberable blessings from my Father in Heaven.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born Mormon. That said I have come to my own knowledge that this is the only church on the earth that has the fullness of my savior, Jesus Christ's, and Our Heavenly Father's gospel. I know that my Savior attoned for not only my sins but my pains and sicknesses. He has felt everything that I have and will ever feel, the good and the bad. He did the same for everyone in the entity of the world as long as they fully repent, forsake the sin, and come unto Him! I love the living waters of the teachings of the LDS church. I love listening to the Prophets and leaders of the church. I feel so fantastic when I receive personal revelation from my Father in Heaven and feel the spirit when Ren has received and shares revelation for us as a new family. I was born of goodly parents, as Nephi was, that taught me well the lessons of life both spiritual and temperal. I love my Savior and Heavenly Father so much! They have given me everything! This world, my life, my education, the air I breathe, my opinions, my parents, my grandparents, my siblings, my friends, the homes I've lived in, the blessing of having a temple in the same city when I became the right age and was worthy, the food I can prepare and eat, my husband, my teachers throughout my life, and so much more! There is so much that I am thankful for and so little time to express to Him my graditude! There is a saying, "Live the Life you Love, Love the Life you Live!" I indeed live a life I love and love the life I live!

How I live my faith

I love going to church and fullfilling my callings in the church! There is no money compensation for the time every member puts towards their calling and the church. There is a greater compensation, "The windows of Heaven [being] open unto [us]". So many amazing blessings come from serving and living the gospel.
