Hi I'm Curtis Campbell

I love the great outdoors, railroading, and being with all of my family and friends. -I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to go camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, bike-riding, railroading (especially steam engines), and whatever else that might involve being outdoors. I'm an eagle scout who loves to help others. I also enjoy photography.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I grew up in a family who taught and knew of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. But while I was growing up, I took upon myself the testimonies of my parents. As I got older and began thinking more for myself. I realized the need for me to have my own testimony, my very own understanding of these things being true. So I took the time to read "The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ" and ponder and understand the things it teaches. By the end of the experiment, I had the Holy Spirit testify within me that these things were true. Its not only reading the Book Of Mormon when I have the Holy Spirit with me, but also when I go to church, read in the Bible, perform my sacred duties, and when I go about doing goodly service. I also get it whenever I pray to our Heavenly Father. Whenever we do whats right or is in accordance to our Father's will, He gives us the comfort and peace of the Holy Spirit to know that what we are doing is right. The Holy Spirit in my life plays a big part, but so does the standards that I live which co-insides with the life Jesus Christ lived. I don't just do whats right only on Sundays, but the way I live my life all the time. I don't have to live the life that the world views things, but live the life that will allow me to return to my loving Heavenly Father. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

In the past, I've served in various presiding positions (assistant secretary, secretary, and president). Now, I am a Missionary where I'll be able to spend two years spreading the gospel and helping out those that need help, whether its spiritually or physically.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Curtis Campbell
That's a great question. As a missionary, we come into your home and talk about the Restoration of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day-Saints, the Book of Mormon and how its another testament of Jesus Christ, where we came from, why are we here on earth, where we are going, the doctrines and teachings of Jesus Christ, and whatever questions you may have about the church.
