Hi I'm Conor Hart

I am a lover of the outdoors I am a skier, I am the only boy in my family, I am a missionary who loves to Skype, and I am a Mormon

About Me

Well where can I start, I have been serving a full time mission for now the past 19 months. Crazy and strange things have been happening at the Circle K here in California. But needless to say living in northern California is like living in dream land. Especially considering all the amazing outdoor opportunities there are, amazing trees and beaches. But I can say that I have been in and out of bouts of struggling with snow addiction. I miss my Snowbird and other outdoor heavens, covered in glistening white snow. Poetic is my way of thought when it comes to skiing. Few things compare in this world to a powder day. But the best part about skiing is getting that alone time with my dad. Living with nothing but girls at home is hard at times, but nothing fixes that problem like a good day of skiing. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and have been changed into a new person through it, there are few things that compare to the power and blessings that come to us in this life than a knowledge of the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have experienced the gospel as it is taught in the church. Over my life I have always know things to be true and have never been able to deny those things. The only thing I have been able to do is control whether or not I was willing to live up to that knowledge. There have been a lot of different challenges and difficulties based on how well I live what I know. But I have come to the knowledge that doing what is right often allows the best consequences to follow. While serving my mission I have come to a knowledge of my divine potential. Understanding that there a God out there and the he is intimately involved in my life, and desires for my success has given me an ability to look at the true cost of my decisions. But having the ability to rely upon my Heavenly Father for guidance has provide the steady hand of help that I need to overcome the challenges of my life. After many times of praying and receiving a witness of the holy ghost, I know these things to be true separate of any person or influence. I am grateful for that knowledge and have been truly blessed for receiving it. The only choice now is how well I will live according to that knowledge, and allowing the consequence to follow.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by daily trying to do what my Heavenly Father expects of me. I go out and try to be of service to those that I come in contact with, on my mission I feel that I could start an expert moving companion with return missionaries after 2 years we become the best at it. Daily Scripture study has been an amazing blessing and enlightening process. Coming to a knowledge of the difference between Faith and Motivating Faith. Understanding these ideas and principals of belief have helped me change who I am to strive to be more like my savior. And lastly I have fun. Life is about living to the fullest of all opportunities. I am always chillin with people that I love and trying to surround myself with those that are going to help lift me right on up. Not a better way to have a good life than through living those things you know to be true.
