Hi I'm Russell

I'm a twin . I love to waltz. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey, I'm Russell! A little bit about me, for most of my life I have lived in Centerville Utah. Where I grew up, graduated from high school, and made a lot of friends. Recently I moved with my family to Fallbrook Calfornia, where I have also made friends and found a love for the beach. I have been called to serve a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints to help spread the gospel and our teachings, and I will be serving in Omaha Nebraska. Now a little about me, I am an outgoing, slightly silly guy who loves to be around people, I love to talk and make friends. And though I can be a jabber mouth, I also love to listen. I love camping and water skiing, I think that nature is simply amazing! I love to read, and have been known to spend days just reading. I occasionally write poetry (if I feel so inclined.) In high school I was the vice president of our swing and social dance club, and I Love to dance! I haven't had any formal ballroom lessons, but I would love to in the future. My favorite dance is the waltz, and I love to do it any chance I get! As I serve my mission I hope that I will be able to help spread the love of Christ, and the truth of His gospel. That's me, the strange, the silly, the Russell. Hope to meet you some day!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because as I have grown in my life I have been taught the teachings of our church, yet that is not the main reason. I am a Mormon because I read the Book of Mormon, and prayed, asking our Heavenly Father if the writings those pages contained were true. When I did, I recieved an answer from Him. He told me that they were true, and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints contains the restored gospel of Christ. I encourage all to read the Book of Mormon, and to ask our God if it is true. I know that if you do, God will give you an answer. He gave me one.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by how I live, I attempt to apply the teachings of Christ into my everyday life. I attempt to help my fellow man, to support and love those around me. I am currently on a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A mission entails devoting two years of my life to the service of our Lord, inviting others to come unto Christ and help them to find the joy that the restored gospel can bring. I am serving in the Nebraska Omaha Mission, or N.O.M.
