About Me

I enjoy every second of my life. Spending it with all the people who surround me. Those people around me play a very special role in my life. I love my family and friends and I enjoy spending time with my two loving dogs as well. I really enjoy art, literature, nature, and the outdoors. I have a couple of hobbies I also enjoy doing which is, writing, draw and photography. Enjoy trying new things as well. I joined the church in 2010 when a friend from high school suggested for me to come. It became a whole new experience for me. And still til this day I am still having that experience. Met great people and the people in my life now, I thank them so much for what they have done for me. I am the only person in my family who is a mormon, but guess what? My family they support me every step of the way and accept what I am now. And I am so glad they are there for me.

Why I am a Mormon

It is funny how life works sometimes. I tell myself that God always know what we are going to do next before we even do it. He has that special maze for each person. Yes, there will be ups and downs in that journey but there is always something good that comes out of it. I had two missionaries come into my home because a friend of mine from high school thought of sending the Book of Mormon on my door step. The missionaries said that usually the door would get slammed in front of their face, as for me, I welcomed them into my home. They started to teach me about the Book of Mormon and after that day, I was glad that my friend suggested me. The first time visiting the church I did not know what to expect. I did not know how everyone acted. I never heard of the Mormon Church. Once I came into the church everyone was so very nice and happy. And I have never seen everyone in a huge room like that before. They have welcomed me in and it felt good and warm. After going for the first time, I continued to go. Now I have made even more friends who are caring and always there whenever you need anything. God always know a step ahead. And I just want to thank my friend, who is married now, for welcoming me into the church. Never met such great people before besides my family.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. Go to fhe and institute every week. I try to go to as much activities as possible. I have had two callings. My first calling was being part of the Activities Committee. My second calling was being a part of the Break The Fast Committee. But I had to cut them both short because I have had surgery around those time. But I am going back into the routine again and see what happens in the future.
